A central feature of SmartRoam is a configurable business logic executor that automatically evaluates received roaming events and, based on the configured rules, utilizes data from the SmartTrust repository to execute the most appropriate action. These actions range from roaming steering by using dynamic SIM-OTA provisioning and STK commands to friendly welcome messages or Advice of Charge information to the roaming subscriber.
