SmartTrust Training offers hands-on training, based on real case problem-oriented learning and theory, by our experienced staff. SmartTrust Training ensures a deeper understanding of the SmartTrust product portfolio and provides tools to meet challenges in our customer's day to day work.

Target Group

Staff responsible for administration, operation and maintenance of SmartTrust products.

The Goal

The aim of this course is to allow system administrators to operate and supervise an installed SmartManage system.
By the end of the course the participants will be able to:

  • Add and remove applications for download
  • Understand and operate the back-end system enabling downloads to subscribers regardless of their choice of device
  • Troubleshoot and supervise SmartManage

Training Method

Training consist of both a theoretical overview of new and improved functionality, and a practical hands-on part where participants may work with actual use cases to develop a deeper understanding of the product components involved.

Pre-requisities

  • Good English skills
  • Good knowledge of SmartTrust Delivery Platform
  • General knowledge of SmartTrust products
  • General knowledge of a cellular network and its components
