My Service Portal is a framework for deploying self-provisioning though either SIM (WIB) or web based interfaces. It enables subscribers to download settings and services to their devices via their WIB enabled terminals or the mobile operator's customer care or campaign web pages.
The product also includes a customer care interface for the same purposes commonly used during a call.
The product includes a one-time-password authentication feature where the mobile phone acts as authenticator.
