The MDM Director provides a common point of interface for fully automated mobile device management. It is used to automatically detect new devices or devices switches supplied by for instance EIR emulation, CDR file evaluation or SIM client sources. It initiates the workflow execution based on conditions such as workflow type, subscriber group, subscriber type and device type.
