Ana Marquez

"I am originally from Venezuela and I have been with SmartTrust since 2004 working in various roles from development and testing to support. Currently, I work as Manager for the Technical Support of SmartTrust products. The Support team is responsible for providing first and second line support to all customers in the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. As manager for this team, I get to interact with our customers and feed back to the development department on the customer's needs. We provide technical assistance for configuration changes and patch installation on the SmartTrust platform products. The SmartTrust working environment is open and challenging. What I like the most about working here is that all colleagues are respectful and helpful to each other. We strive to provide products and services of the highest quality and we work together to achieve this."
