Phonebook Backup
Today's advanced phones and SIMs have the ability to store large numbers of contacts. Most subscribers have become accustomed to simply opening their phonebook to make a call and do not actually know the phone number, in many cases, for even their nearest friends and family.
A lost phone can mean months of decreased ARPU (Average Revenue per User) for a mobile operator. The outgoing calls drop dramatically and, until the contact data in the phonebook is re-populated, the full revenue potential of the subscriber is lost. Contact data restoration is key.
