Director People & Culture
Ms. Henricson has been with SmartTrust since 2000. She has been a member of the SmartTrust management team throughout her tenure. As Global People & Culture Director she is responsible for the global organizational structure, compensation plans, personnel development and recruitment as well as ensuring adherence to the local labor regulations.
Previously, Ms. Henricson has held senior human resources management positions with the IT and Telecoms industry with companies such as NCR and Nokia / ICL. She has had a key role in change management and organizational development as her companies have evolved within the dynamic IT and Telecom industry.
She has studied Sociology and Personnel Administration with additional Business Management studies.
