Technical personnel operating and administrating SmartTrust Batch Order Manager (BOM)

The Goal

The aim of this course is to develop a detailed understanding of how to administrate the SmartTrust BOM.

By the end of the course the participants will be able to:

• Understand the functionality and operation of the BOM
• Create BOM work orders
• Optimize the usage of the BOM capabilities

Specifics

Normally this course is delivered as an on request add-on to the DP SIM-OTA Basic Administration course.

Training Method

The training course involves hands-on training, practical problems and classroom exercises to reinforce the theoretical instructions. The training course is computer based and requires access to the installed SmartTrust Delivery Platform system.

• Good English skills
• General knowledge of a cellular network and its components
• Good UNIX and Oracle competence
