"I joined SmartTrust as an intern in 2005, and since then my life has changed a lot. In 2006, I was hired as a Systems Engineer, integrating the Delivery Services Group, and responsible for system architecture, installation, configuration, tests, customer interface and training. For two years, I have worked as an engineering team coach, in addition to doing installations all over the world, in countries like Algeria (Djezzy), Brazil (Claro, Oi-Brasil Telecom), Canada (Bell), Guatemala (Claro, Tigo), Paraguay (Tigo), and the USA (AT&T). I have always welcomed the opportunity to experience different cultures, get to know many countries, and work on an array of projects with diverse architecture and solutions.
The SmartTrust atmosphere is very multicultural and positive. We have an important internal cooperation network that supports our teamwork, one of the most relevant parts of our culture. This is a key factor to our success considering that we are a high technology company. My job has allowed me to grow both as an engineer and a person. I have worked with extremely proficient people in several technical areas, who are able to put up-to-date projects and ideas into practice. As a result, I am yet to meet a SmartTrust customer who is not totally satisfied with our products. While giving them training courses, I realize that they are surprised at how simple it can be to use SmartTrust products even though they are supported by a very complex technology."
